📋 Description

• Proficiently use mainstream AI video/image generation models and editing tools to independently
• Develop an automated visual asset production pipeline based on AI Agents, covering core scenarios
• Deeply deconstruct the visual language of high-converting ad videos, websites, and image assets and
• Establish a quantitative evaluation system covering content quality and ad delivery performance
• Address issues in the generation pipeline such as style inconsistency, brand deviation, character
• Integrate resources from algorithms, design, and operations to drive efficient execution of growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; backgrounds in film/TV production, digital media art, animation, visual
• 5+ years of experience in ad video design, internet visual design, or overseas growth asset design
• Deep understanding of AI image/video generation models and Agent tools, with ability to orchestrate
• Familiarity with overseas growth ad creative workflows, including in-feed video ads
