Registered Brokerage Specialist

📋 Description

• Act as an operational point of contact for partner firms during asset migrations and account
• Manage the full migration lifecycle from planning to execution, reconciliation, and resolution.
• Lead onboarding and conversion of introducing brokers and RIAs from other firms.
• Coordinate documentation, account setup, system integrations, and conversion requirements.
• Develop and improve migration playbooks, workflows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with compliance, product, and engineering teams to resolve conversion issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in brokerage operations, clearing, account transfers, or related broker-dealer operations.
• Experience with ACATS, DTC settlements, and broker-dealer back-office processes.
• Proficiency in building, validating, and reconciling account conversion files.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, including weekends as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
