- Lead technically rigorous audits of suppliers
- Own the resolution of complex quality issues
- Implement and maintain quality assurance specifications
- Support supplier-side part approval activities
- Build genuine working relationships with key suppliers
🎯 Requirements
- 15 or more years of experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality
- Deep manufacturing and process engineering knowledge
- Exceptional audit capability
- Strong first-principles thinking
- Experience with QA specification development
- High proficiency in both English and Mandarin
