Paralegal (AU)

📋 Description

• Assist with the drafting, review, negotiation and administration of a broad range of legal
• Support the legal team in providing practical legal advice on a range of commercial, corporate
• Assist with the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of legal and compliance
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, briefings and guidance materials on legislative
• Support contract lifecycle management activities, including contract administration, document
• Assist with third-party onboarding, due diligence and risk assessments for customers, suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Final year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) student or holder of a completed Bachelor of Laws degree
• Previous experience in a legal support, paralegal, legal operations or similar role is desirable
• Strong interest in commercial law, corporate governance, compliance, technology and legal operations
• Demonstrated ability to analyse legal issues, conduct research and communicate findings clearly and
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
