What You'll Be Doing:
- Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts.
- Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative.
- Provides advice and counsel to the organization in area of expertise.
- Leads a technically and experientially contrasted team.
- Designs, researches and develops highly advanced applications which contribute to new product/business opportunities.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Architects and maintains robust log ingestion pipelines.
- Designs, develops, implements, and optimizes advanced correlation rules, use cases, and detection logic
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience or additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of network related tools such as Wireshark, Netcool, Solarwinds.
- Proficient in the creation of Cyber Security policies to better defend the Network.
- Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Potential to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required.
- Knowledge of system engineering tools.
- Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to details.
