📋 Description

• Perform home health visits
• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being
• Provide treatment, tests, and client education
• Provide interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in the state of North Carolina
• Graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy
• Two years of appropriate experience and satisfactory grade on proficiency exam (if initial
• At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
