🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience, directly managing and growing teams of 5+ engineers
• 8+ years of full-time software development experience
• Track record of leading engineering teams responsible for high-traffic, low-latency, and extensible
• Deep user empathy with a history of working backwards from internal and external customer needs
• Proven ability to drive rigorous decision-making and build strong partnerships across teams
• Ability to handle ambiguity, creatively solve complex challenges, and execute on competing
