Job Description
📋 Description
- Review and approve documentation required for finished goods release, including Certificates of
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, including pH meters
- Log and trend quality data across spreadsheets and quality databases, supporting data integrity and
- Proactively identify out-of-trend data and assist in troubleshooting quality issues, including
- Execute microbiological testing on in-process and finished materials, including media preparation
- Maintain the finished product library to support internal investigations, shelf-life evaluations
🎯 Requirements
- Age 21 or older at the time of application
- College degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working in a laboratory environment within the
- Fundamental understanding of food & beverage manufacturing; including batching processes
- Familiarity with basic experimental design and execution
