📋 Description
- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
- Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
- Supervise your cases with full control over when and where.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
🎯 Requirements
- Master's degree in human services or related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
