Payoff & Servicing Specialist

📋 Description

• Generate, review, and distribute payoff statements for loans serviced in-house
• Review and approve payoff statements for sold loans serviced by FCI
• Generate, review, and distribute reinstatement quotes and Verifications of Mortgage (VOMs)
• Validate principal, interest accruals, default interest, fees, extensions, advances, and applicable
• Research and resolve discrepancies using loan history, servicing data, and supporting documentation
• Maintain the active payoff and reinstatement tracker for Operations and Accounting to monitor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of mortgage servicing, asset management, private lending, loan operations, or related
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
