• Balance paid, organic content, creator/affiliate marketing, and retargeting

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in Ecommerce Performance Marketing
• Proven profitable ecommerce revenue growth with ROAS/CAC/CPA metrics
• Strong AOV & conversion rate optimization experience
• Google Ads proficiency: Shopping, Performance Max
• TikTok Shop & creator growth experience
• Full-funnel & multi-channel mastery
