📋 Description

• Lead the analysis, design, development, delivery, and deployment of instructional assets
• Apply adult learning principles and the ADDIE methodology to develop instructional frameworks
• Design engaging online and virtual instructor-led learning experiences, incorporating appropriate
• Create experiential learning assets such as interactive stories, simulations, games, and other
• Use AI-enabled tools, including solutions such as Copilot and ChatGPT, to improve instructional
• Develop interactive learning experiences using authoring platforms such as Lectora, Adobe

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design or a related discipline from an accredited
• At least 8 years of experience working as a Senior Instructional Systems Designer or in a closely
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing courses using Lectora or comparable instructional
• Strong knowledge of instructional systems design, adult learning theory, ADDIE, experiential
• Experience creating classroom, virtual, hybrid, online, and interactive learning experiences.
• Strong understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements and the ability to incorporate
