Bioassay Group Leader

📋 Description

• Lead a scientific team in a contract research lab to deliver compliant client studies (GMP).
• Supervise daily lab activities and scheduling to optimize group performance.
• Prioritize workload, ensuring quality, on-time performance and turnaround time.
• Coordinate personnel scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Maintain quality metrics and perform root cause analyses with analysts and management.
• Communicate study progress and technical issues with management and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Cell and Molecular Biology preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and related regulations.
• RT-PCR, flow cytometry, and cell-based methodologies.
• Experience with stability studies, method development/validation, LIMS, ELN.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities; proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
