🎯 Requirements

• College diploma (DEC) in Building Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with building automation systems such as Strato, Reliable, Alerton, Trane, Johnson
• Strong understanding of mechanical building systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in time-sensitive or emergency situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to collaborate.
