Associate General Counsel

📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS
• Partner closely with business leadership, product, operations, and finance to support enterprise
• Advise on product development and product launches, including identifying legal risks and
• Develop expertise in new and evolving legal areas relevant to Vetcove’s business, including
• Help translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical guidance for product
• Support strategic growth initiatives, including new products, new markets, new commercial models

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of legal experience, including experience at a top-tier law firm
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Strong commercial contracting experience, particularly with SaaS, technology, enterprise customers
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Very strong work ethic and desire to dive deeply into the business
