📋 Description

• Develop ingestion, extraction, indexing, and advanced search pipelines for various document formats
• Implement semantic search strategies, semantic chunking, and context engineering for LLMs
• Orchestrate AI agents and design modular workflows in Python (using factory patterns)
• Integrate and optimize Azure services (OpenAI, Document Intelligence, AI Search, Blob Storage)
• Manage and optimize databases (vectorized PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and faceted/hierarchical search
• Write technical documentation and provide support to business and IT teams

🎯 Requirements

• BAC+5 or equivalent higher education
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Python development and cloud-native AI solutions
• Mastery of Python 3.13 and an AI orchestration framework (Haystack AI or equivalent)
• Confirmed experience with Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, AI Search, and Blob Storage
• Mastery of embeddings, PostgreSQL (vectorized), and SQL Server
• Solid practice of agent orchestration and modular architectures
