Legal Specialist, Law Enforcement

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end response to law enforcement and government requests for user data, from intake
• Prepare and execute data productions: scoping, data retrieval, coordination with counsel, and
• Handle foreign and cross-border process, including MLATs and letters rogatory, and manage
• Handle civil third-party subpoenas and preservation demands
• Maintain expertise in where user data lives across Anthropic's product surfaces and operate the
• Run and improve the law enforcement response process and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a legal operations, business/operations manager, or paralegal role in an in-house
• Direct, front-line experience handling law enforcement or government requests for user data
• Working knowledge of the legal framework for law enforcement access to user data, including the
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and maintain the highest standards of discretion and
