🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise apps, managed services, or tech ops
• Strong architecture, integrations, cloud, identity, observability
• Experience with SAFe and Agile delivery
• Vendor/offshore management and governance skills
• Operational leadership across multi-team landscapes
• Executive presence and stakeholder management
