📋 Description
- Lead participation in industry salary surveys, analyze competitive market data, and evaluate pay
- Evaluate new and existing roles to establish accurate job levels, titles, and FLSA exemption
- Facilitate the annual pay review process by building budgets, auditing data, and setting up tools.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws, including Federal
- Help design, model, and audit short- and long-term incentive plans, partner with finance and
- Build dynamic compensation models, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports to drive informed decision-making
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, or
- 5+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics, with proven experience building
- Comprehensive understanding of Total Rewards, compensation philosophy, and competitive incentive
- Hands-on experience with standard market-pricing tools.
- Skilled in pulling data and running reports in major HRIS platforms and compensation software.
- Use of HR metrics to guide rewards strategy alongside strong consulting, project management, and
