Director, Product Operations

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional RevOps to align Product, GTM and Revenue Ops
• Own systems, processes and cadences for product-revenue alignment
• Operate with independence, from dashboards to roadmap reviews
• Scale function as Ontic grows

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Ops/RevOps or related + 2+ years leadership
• Experience translating GTM and SaaS strategies into system requirements
• Strong GTM tech fluency (Salesforce, JIRA, Pendo, etc.)
• Excellent written/verbal communication; strategic partner to Product leadership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
