Manufacturing Technician

📋 Description

• Manufactures and finishes parts to support production of medical instruments.
• Manufactures and finishes parts to support product development.
• Fabricates and builds mechanisms for surgical instruments.
• Prepares and post-processes DMLS 3D printed Stainless Steel and Nylon 12 parts.
• Utilizes a variety of hand tools and shop equipment, including belt sanders, Dremel tools, media
• Performs dimensional and visual inspections to verify parts meet specifications and are functional.

🎯 Requirements

• Requires 1+ years prior experience in regulated industry. Preference given for 1 or more years
• Preference given to experience with 3D Printing (DMLS or SLS) or similar
• Preference given to previous experience in metal finishing
• High School Diploma or equivalent
