📋 Description

• Take overall accountability for project delivery, establishing clear governance, delivery
• Lead senior stakeholder engagement and decision management, translating complex topics into clear
• Define and embed a structured methodology for identifying, assessing, prioritising and progressing
• Shape the target operating model and delivery roadmap, ensuring business, technology, governance
• Develop high-quality management presentations that communicate progress, decisions, risks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience leading complex transformation, innovation or technology-enabled programmes
• Demonstrated experience taking end-to-end accountability for delivery, governance, stakeholder
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-related initiatives, such as AI transformation, Generative
• Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges, develop practical operating models and turn
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and
• Practical understanding of responsible AI delivery, including the importance of human-in-the-loop
