📋 Description

• Translate business strategy into a clear and actionable transformation roadmap.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes from conception through implementation.
• Drive organisational change initiatives that improve performance, agility, and business
• Align transformation priorities with strategic objectives and long-term business goals.
• Design and execute comprehensive change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement
• Support executives and management teams in becoming effective sponsors and champions of change.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 8-10+ years of experience in Transformation Management, Change Leadership, Strategy
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale transformation initiatives that generated measurable
• Experience operating within matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution.
• Strong transformation and change leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
