📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert across CRM and process infrastructure (HubSpot, Process Street
• Lead cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery across Business Development, B2B Marketing
• Own the design and scalability of CRM and process data systems, partnering with data teams to
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process using CRM and BWE data, measuring business
• Lead a small team focused on contact generation and enrichment and CRM technical expertise
• Build systems and processes that move key metrics: Deal Cycle Time, Conversion Rates, and Business

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in CRM program management, HubSpot preferred, with the ability to learn
• Project and process management experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple
• Strong analytical ability: comfort in interpreting data, identifying trends, and building a
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions at
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, ideally with exposure to Lean or Agile methodology
