Licensed Practical Nurse, Weekends, Hospice

📋 Description

• Perform 1:1 direct care in client homes
• Provide skilled nursing care as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team
• Provide psychosocial care, music therapy and veterans services to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current LPN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Previous hospice experience welcomed, but not required
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
