📋 Description

• The Senior Content Analyst will build and manage CI&T’s North American content operations
• Oversee CMS governance, content repositories, metadata, taxonomy, and version-control standards.
• Manage localization, publishing, archiving, and governance across teams.
• Lead SEO and GEO governance for North America; optimize on-page content and metadata.
• Design and maintain AI-enabled content workflows and governance.
• Track content performance and drive improvements in discoverability and reuse.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in content operations, digital marketing, SEO, or related field.
• Hands-on with CMS platforms, metadata, taxonomy, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of GEO, AI search visibility, structured content, and discovery practices.
• Experience using generative AI; build multi-step workflows and prompts.
• Strong governance, QA, and documentation skills; independent work across teams/time zones.
