📋 Description

• Sterile cell culture (cell lines and primary cells)
• Prior hands-on experience with primary innate and adaptive immune cells
• Process and analyze ex-vivo human and animal tissues for disease-relevant endpoints
• Perform analyses using the following techniques: Flow cytometry, Quantitative PCR, Protein analyses
• Develop and implement assays that monitor cellular processes
• Analyze data using appropriate statistical methods and communicate findings through presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education with typically 5 years of experience, or Master’s Degree
• Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out the job functions
