Director, Enterprise Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead and strengthen the Enterprise Analytics team, developing talent and identifying gaps to fill
• Span Analytics teams and functional boundaries to shape Enterprise strategy and deliver and
• Engage with and influence carriers directly, helping them translate goals into concrete bidding
• With the Head of Analytics, refine and execute on strategies to build an industry-leading Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Analytics or a related domain, with a focus on quantitative
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field OR demonstrated analytical
• Proven experience managing people, ideally including managing senior analysts or managers
• Experience and skill in engaging B2B customers directly
• Strong SQL skills; able to independently pull, shape, and analyze large datasets (Snowflake a plus)
• Solid experimentation fundamentals: significance, power, incrementality measurement, confound
