• Role supports North America managers in People/HR issues.

🎯 Requirements

• You’ve worked as a People/HR Business Partner or coached managers on people challenges.
• Strong working knowledge of US employment practices; NA experience a plus.
• Excellent manager coaching, judgment, and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Ability to work across teams, functions, and time zones in a distributed company.
• Curiosity, strategic mindset, and willingness to shape new HR processes.
• Experience supporting managers through change and organizational growth.
