Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas—taking ideas from early concept to final
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps and ensure we’re solving
• Partner with engineers to ensure a high-quality implementation that matches the design intent
• Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly
• Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops
• Help evolve and maintain our design system to ensure a cohesive experience across the platform

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications
• Shipped complex B2B or SaaS products
• Think in systems and patterns, with strong instincts for usability, interaction design, and
• Move fluidly between user experience, interaction, and visual design
• Strong portfolio showing product thinking and attention to detail
• Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineers and
