User Experience (UX) Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide UX guidance for Health & Human Services Agency products
• Deliver wireframes, design standards, and review docs
• Assess systems from a human-centered perspective
• Ensure UX involvement in service/system development
• Design high-fidelity wireframes for multiple devices
• Translate product vision into digital experiences via research, sketching, prototyping, testing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years UX design experience
• Screen reader testing across browsers (JAWS, NVDA, Narrator)
• Wireframing experience required
• 508 compliance and WCAG 2.1 knowledge
• Mobile-first and responsive design experience
• Strong communication; present to stakeholders
