📋 Description

• Lead visual development of Key Arts and assets
• Translate territories into visual proposals with teams
• Oversee end-to-end design, ensure on-time delivery
• Guide designers and re-touchers on projects
• Hands-on concepting, design, and resolution
• Protect creative intent across markets and formats

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Designer in digital/advertising
• Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects bonus
• Strong portfolio in digital design and ads
• End-to-end design process experience
• Solid typography, grids, interaction, storytelling
• Excellent communication and presenting to clients/teams
