Product Designer, Growth

📋 Description

• Design industry-leading experiences that reduce the friction for new users onboarding to Stripe.
• Understand Stripe's product suite, customer needs, and developments in AI/ML that could influence
• Contribute to work across the entire Growth team, including customer acquisition, conversion, and
• Champion design in growth (and growth in the design organization).
• Apply design priorities and principles to growth projects, and help show how growth work makes
• Work with engineering and product to design, build, and launch user-facing product experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Product Development, or a related field, plus 4
• Three years of experience in growth related domains including onboarding journeys, email marketing
• Three years of experience in conducting user testing and research, utilizing both qualitative and
• Three years of experience in interpreting user data and metrics, leveraging insights from A/B
• Three years of experience in UI, UX, and visual design software including Figma, animation tools
• Three years of experience in collaborating with engineers to build and launch software
