📋 Description

• Lead Corporate & Governance; support on M&A, acquisitions, equity investments, employee
• Draft & Negotiate Commercial Contracts; partnerships, tech licensing, trials, customer terms
• Provide pragmatic advisory; data protection, IP, competition, compliance.
• Scale International Operations; support global expansion and new entities.
• Manage External Counsel; coordinate with firms on high-value transactions.
• Drive Business Strategy; collaborate with senior leaders in a flat structure.

🎯 Requirements

• UK-qualified lawyer; around 2-4 years PQE.
• Strong foundation in corporate and/or commercial law; in-house ideal.
• Own projects end-to-end with light supervision; proactive.
• Pragmatic, business-first risk perspective; unblock deals.
• Capable of juggling deadlines, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
