Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes
• Work as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team
• Perform 8-10 visits per week for the Davidson County Visits office
• Travel within assigned territory in Chatham and Lee counties, North Carolina

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant by the state of North Carolina
• Graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied
• At least one year’s work experience under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist
• Willingness to travel in assigned territory
