Implementation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead customer implementations and onboarding end-to-end
• Manage 25-35+ new mid-level projects concurrently
• Coordinate 4-8 week implementation timelines with accounts
• Serve as product expert, guiding customers on Revinate solutions
• Escalate risks and ensure timely deliverables and milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or 2+ years PM SaaS/hospitality experience
• Proven ability to manage 50-60+ simultaneous implementations
• Strong organizational skills under tight deadlines
• Tech aptitude for diagnosing issues; collaborate with engineering
• Experience with back-end integrations; cross-team coordination
• MS Office; familiarity with Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce; Asana/Rocketlane+
