Senior Manager, Design & Creative

📋 Description

• Oversee design production across the business as designer and project manager.
• Manage design resources; select vendors and tools to improve design processes.
• Scale brand impact using AI with governance for on-brand output.
• Build and maintain a world-class visual identity for Loopio.
• Own video and motion as core brand channels; create templates for speed.
• Mentor and train the design team and collaborate with marketing colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of in-house brand/design experience, preferably tech/B2B.
• Excellent project management; strong organizational skills.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management.
• Creative, collaborative mindset with a passion for learning.
• Technical proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma; print
• Bonus: photography, videography, animation, or illustration skills.
