Data Center Constructability Engineer

📋 Description

• Constructability review & product feedback loop: Review Leviathan/Galleon MDC and site designs
• Deployment methodology validation & site-specific risk assessment: Validate deployment
• Standardized, repeatable construction playbooks: Develop and maintain repeatable construction
• Hands-on constructability analysis for new products & first-of-a-kind sites: Personally lead
• Pre-construction planning & cross-discipline coordination through execution: Act as the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5–7 years of hands-on construction management, constructability/buildability review, or design
• Working knowledge of modular/prefabricated construction methods, crane/lift and rigging planning
• Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy — you'll be defining the playbook, not inheriting
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30–40% to project sites, fabrication facilities
• Certification such as CCP (Certified Constructability Professional), CCM (Certified Construction
