📋 Description
- Constructability review & product feedback loop: Review Leviathan/Galleon MDC and site designs
- Deployment methodology validation & site-specific risk assessment: Validate deployment
- Standardized, repeatable construction playbooks: Develop and maintain repeatable construction
- Hands-on constructability analysis for new products & first-of-a-kind sites: Personally lead
- Pre-construction planning & cross-discipline coordination through execution: Act as the
- Constructability governance, documentation & readiness sign-off: Build and maintain
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5–7 years of hands-on construction management, constructability/buildability review, or design
- Working knowledge of modular/prefabricated construction methods, crane/lift and rigging planning
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy — you'll be defining the playbook, not inheriting
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30–40% to project sites, fabrication facilities
- Certification such as CCP (Certified Constructability Professional), CCM (Certified Construction
