Engineering Manager - Mobile (w/m/d)

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-performing mobile engineering team (4–9 engineers) spanning iOS and Android
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers through continuous feedback and performance conversations
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and engineering excellence across both platforms
• Ensure accountability for outcomes, quality, and predictable delivery
• Own end-to-end delivery, including planning, prioritisation, and dependency management across iOS
• Proactively manage risks, remove blockers, and ensure timely execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with exposure to mobile development (iOS
• 2+ years of people management experience with ownership of team outcomes
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in a predictable way
• A deep understanding of engineering principles and practices relevant to the mobile domain — you
• Experience mentoring engineers on best practices, including those working on a platform you're less
• Ability to balance process and pragmatism — improving quality without adding unnecessary complexity
