- Join Regional HRBP team to support managers across North America.
- Coach managers on performance, feedback, and team dynamics.
- Help with change, complex people matters, and decision making.
- Collaborate with Functional HRBPs to scale the new model.
- Use data and context to identify patterns and risks.
- Contribute to building simpler, scalable ways of working.
🎯 Requirements
- Experienced People/HRBP or coaching managers.
- Strong knowledge of US employment practices; NA experience a plus.
- Strong manager coaching, judgment, and ambiguity tolerance.
- Ability to work across teams, functions, and time zones.
- Interest in data, analytics, and business context behind people decisions.
- Preferred experience with mergers, rapid growth, or organizational change.
