Job Description
📋 Description
- Design and deliver client-facing HR solutions using a human-centered approach
- Own delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and profitability across client engagements
- Drive client satisfaction and retention against KPIs (NPS, retention, referrals, account growth)
- Partner with the Principal to build client relationships and deliver strategic insights
- Manage projects end to end — reporting, communication, billable tracking, and PM/CRM data
- Align HR strategy with business objectives
🎯 Requirements
- 7–9 years in HR, consulting, or professional services, including HRBP experience
- Client-facing background in professional services, PEOs, or recruiting agencies preferred
- Proven track record leading client engagements and mentoring junior staff
- Bachelor's degree required
- Paylocity is a plus
- Master's degree, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, or HR tech certification (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) a
