📋 Description

• Design and deliver client-facing HR solutions using a human-centered approach, improving the
• Own delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and profitability across the engagement.
• Drive client satisfaction and retention against KPIs (NPS, retention, referrals, account growth).
• Partner with the Principal to build client relationships and deliver strategic insights (eNPS
• Manage projects end to end — reporting, communication, billable tracking, and PM/CRM data — and
• Align HR strategy with business objectives and collaborate with project teams to livingHR's

🎯 Requirements

• 7–9 years in HR Manager or Generalist role.
• Client-facing or in-house HR background within luxury hospitality, resort, or private membership
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, or HR tech certification a plus.
• HRIS/HR technology platform experience a plus.
