Associate Operations Client Partner

📋 Description

• Act as liaison between clients, commercials, and ops teams.
• Convert client needs into internal work orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests (email, SF).
• Build relationships to facilitate meetings and remove obstacles.
• Collaborate to solve regional/global client requests.
• Provide training for new joiners and maintain docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Turkish both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English both written & verbal.
• Very good end-to-end operational understanding.
• Good understanding of the local market of the country.
• Well-developed analytical skills and very good attention to details.
• Proactivity attitude in recommending suitable solutions.
