Associate, Securities Lending Operations (18-month contract)

📋 Description

• Join the Securities Lending Operations team to execute daily lending processes
• Maintain positioning by processing returns from counterparties and supporting loan recalls
• Ensure timely loan and return settlements and resolve related issues
• Collaborate with traders, product managers, engineering, and ops teams for trade flow and settlement
• Communicate with counterparties to execute loans/recalls and resolve discrepancies
• Perform daily/monthly reconciliation and assist with audit requests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in broker-dealer, bank, capital markets firm, or pension fund
• Finance/accounting background with strong business judgment and deadline discipline
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formulas and pivot
