DCW Direct Care Worker

📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse; provide personal care, household support, and
• Provide one-on-one support with activities of daily living (ADLs) and day-to-day tasks to improve
• Develop close relationships with clients and contribute to a positive, respectful caregiver
• Support clients with daily routines while staying aligned with care team goals and BAYADA standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed; training provided.
• Passion for caregiving with empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care in line with the BAYADA Way.
• Comfort performing ADLs and assisting with mobility and daily tasks as needed.
