Car Detailing Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate the movement of vehicles within the Etobicoke production facility, ensuring
• Oversee final inspections and confirm vehicles are properly prepped for shipment, including any
• Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and task prioritization for Car Detail Associates
• Monitor quality standards and resolve or escalate production or delivery issues as needed
• Collaborate with production, detailing, and shipping teams to meet delivery schedules and customer
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, safety, and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in vehicle detailing, inspection, quality control, automotive production, or
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or team coordination experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Minimum G2 License with a clean driver's record
• Post-secondary education preferred
