📋 Description

• Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog
• Coordinate sprint cadences, production deployment schedules, and model/application issue tracking
• Monitor and analyze sprint health metrics to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement continuous
• Support project planning using Anaplan's Agile Methodology, milestone tracking, risk management
• Evaluate end-to-end business workflows to understand downstream impacts of user stories, data
• Author, organize, and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and technical runbooks in Confluence

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in project management, Agile facilitation, business process analysis, or
• Proven ability to analyze enterprise-wide business processes, conduct workflow mapping, and assess
• Advanced expertise with Jira and Confluence (managing project boards, workflows, custom fields
• Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, G Suite, Microsoft Office)
• AI fluency with tools like Gemini AI, Claude, Rovo AI, Zoom AI Notetaker
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to create technical and
