Production Associate III

📋 Description

• Assist Production leaders with coordination of production team members engaged in dough production
• Participate in Certified Trainer program to train new and tenured team members on job duties
• Act as subject matter expert in mixing, placing, cross-stacking/down-stacking, sanitation, and
• Start, stop, and handle changeovers for Doughbot (automated center)
• Set up all equipment in production area prior to making dough
• Ensure scale and metering equipment is check weighed and documented

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college courses preferred
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or bakery experience
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships with new team members
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Maintain forklift certification
