Product Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists
• Own the overall implementation strategy and lifecycle
• Serve as the escalation point and key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams
• Define team-wide project goals, success metrics, and delivery standards
• Guide clinics through complex migrations of existing workflows onto a new platform
• Build, refine, and scale project management processes, templates, and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage team capacity across multiple concurrent
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical
• Proficiency in project management tools and experience building scalable processes, timelines, and
