📋 Description

• Lead and oversee day-to-day dealing desk operations, ensuring efficient execution and market
• Monitor market conditions and liquidity to support optimal pricing, execution quality, and risk
• Ensure alignment of local dealing practices with group trading strategies and policies.
• Manage market, liquidity, and operational risks within defined limits and risk appetite.
• Ensure effective controls, monitoring, and escalation procedures are in place.
• Act as a key contributor to incident management and post-event analysis for the region.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 6-8 years’ of professional experience in dealing / trading / market operations within a
• Proven experience in leading and managing a dealing desk or trading team.
• Strong exposure to market making, liquidity management, and execution oversight.
• Experience operating under a regulated framework (ideally offshore / Bahamas or comparable
• Demonstrated ownership of risk management processes within defined limits and risk appetite.
• Experience interacting with regulators, auditors, and internal control functions.
